Prisjakten! – Welcome to the City, Campus and student life!

This is how it works:

The prize hunt is part of the welcoming of new student to and old students back to the University. During the prize hunt, all students who are members of Örebro Student Union will have the opportunity to compete for great prizes and at the same time get to know Örebro as a city, the University and the campus area.

To participate in the competition, you need to be a student at Örebro University and a member of Örebro Student Union. The competition is about carrying out the week’s challenges, and then participating in a raffle to win one of the prizes presented each week. The prize hunt will take place during the first four weeks of the semester, and every week on Monday at 12:00 am new challenges and new prizes will be presented on

For all challenges, you will need to use a camera (your mobile camera for example) to document that you have completed the challenge (you will need to show the photo that you have completed the challenge as a proof in case you win). When you are done for the week, you need to send in a form in which you can fill in the challenges you have completed (no later than Sunday 11:59 pm). For each complete challenge you will get one ticket for the lottery.

In case one of your ticket wins, you will be contacted by Örebro Student Union on Wednesday the week after you have submitted your form. You have 5 working days to answer, otherwise a new ticket will be drawn. You can pick up your prize at the office of the Student Union. When you collect your prize, you will need to show that you have completed the challenge, otherwise the prize goes to someone else. You even have to show valid student union membership. If you cannot buy a membership online due to a missing Swedish personal identity number or missing Mobile-bankID you are more than welcome to visit the reception desk at the student union to pay your membership in person. There will be 10 challenges each week, and you can get a maximum of 7 tickets / week. So you do not have to do all the challenges on the list.
